Thomas F. Hurst, Jr. of Birmingham passed away on September 10, 2011 at the age of 60. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas F. Hurst, Sr. and his step father, Doyle B. Stygler.
Tommy is survived by:
His mother Eloise T. Stygler;
His sister Alexis Cooper and her husband Robert;
His sister Tammy Turner and her husband Bobby;
His nieces Beth Cooper and Taylor Cooper;
His niece Trina Federico and her husband Brad;
His nephew Tommy Turner and his wife Maria;
His aunt Helon Thorne;
His uncle Eric Thorne and his wife Pat;
and several special cousins.
Danny Earl Hall, Sr., 59, formerly of Montgomery, passed away last week at his home in Winder, Georgia. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Ramah Baptist Church, Highway 29, Josie, Alabama with Reverend Orvie Locklar officiating.
Tom Parker, Associate Justice 2005 - Present

Justice Tom Parker was elected to the Alabama Supreme Court in November 2004. Immediately prior to that, he was the Special Projects Manager for The Foundation for Moral Law, where he coordinated a federal legislative effort, under Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, to combat judicial activism.
